The Taurus YOGA-800P Respirator helmet protects eyes, face, neck and ears from welding-spatter residue and grinding particles. Of particular value is eye and face protection against ultraviolet (UV) and infrared (IR) radiation. The auto-darkening system is the result of the electronic adjustable shade on a DIN scale from 9 to 13. The scale adjuster can be switched off which allows protection from debris during a grinding operation. In addition, the welding operator is protected from harmful fumes by a system producing flow-controlled filtered air.
